I n g r e d i e n t s:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs or oat
1 big onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup parsley and peppermint finely chopped
4 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp vinigar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp paprika
salt and pepper
Flour for sprinkling
Oil for frying
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
